Samsara- Nuremberg, Germany
Advanced Level Embodied Flow™ Track. Prerequisite: A previous 200-hour RYT Teacher Training. Embodied Flow™ Foundations is highly recommended.
The 100-hour “Mind” Module delves deeply into explorations of consciousness and the rich world of somatic psychology. In endeavoring to bring awareness to all the psychological, physiological, spiritual, energetic and social aspects of our inner and outer organization, we explore the direct experience of the many layers of consciousness.
Continuing with Embodied Flow asana, pranayama, philosophy and meditation, students will gain strong foundations in the practices of body-mind medicine as they are facilitated on a journey towards a felt sense of wholeness.
Anchoring these practices in the non-dual tantric technologies of awakening, topics covered will include:
-The identification and discovery of Self
-The five stages of flow
-An in-depth investigation of bridging non-dualistic tantric philosophy (Kashmir Shaivism) into the practice of a moving meditation.
-The psychology of stress and pain
-How to develop functional empathy and hold space
-Refining senses and perception
-Understanding and clarifying boundaries
-The psychology of change
-Emotional freedom and modulation
