What's in a name? | Tara Judelle
Fourth-dimensional space yoga.
Back and forth and up and down and through and out again.
The Embodied Flow training is first and foremost
An experience of embodied flow
That takes place in practice via the cues
You have ‘it’ once you have experienced it.
And it makes you hungry for more
Because it’s like uncovering the true nature of the body-mind in spacetime.
The teacher training reflects that.
We learn by doing
And that enables us to begin our own teaching journey right from the beginning.
The labs after practice are no different
The principles reveal themselves
And we gain a felt sense of them.
There is the logic of holism.

Student of our 200 hour in Goa December-Jan 2017/2018
I believe so much in the service of teaching yoga.
I hold high regard for that as a vocation, but in the last five years I have had an even greater regard for the journey of a person towards becoming his/her
W H O L E Self.
The deep achy authentic Self that scratches at our guts and begs to surface.
This Self is now the one I long to serve.
A 200-hour training contains everything in one title that I hate. It counts hours (arbitrary in number) that are an impossible measurement of time. Its title of a “training,” makes me think of service animals. But, with that title, I can ensure that we have enough duration to undergo a transformative process together.
I hold Embodied Flow™ 200 hour trainings to take participants on a journey of dedication,
And this very process helps bring people into a sense of their own body’s intelligence and conditions that lead to F L O W.
Some of those participants will then go on to facilitate yoga,
others will go on to take their discovery into classrooms,
but all will go home transformed.
This I guarantee.
Our next immersive training is in Bali September 1-28, 2018.
It is my 8th year of offering trainings in Bali, and I still feel it is the most transformative place to come and practice,
and emerge more of the you you came here to be.
