I’m happy to announce that registration for our newly configured 300-hour Advanced Embodied Flow™ Yoga and Somatics Training is now open. We have been quietly recalibrating the school of Embodied Flow™ for the last two and a half years. With new clarity and evolution our program now has both in-person and online options, additional elements, like trauma-informed yoga and somatic psychology, Internal Family Systems, and more focus on bringing somatics into all the pathways of facilitation: Therapeutics, yoga, free movement, community development, counseling, education and more.
