Student Testimonials

I’ve studied with Tara for 2 decades. She is an innovator in the world of yoga, which comes from being a committed student, a skilled researcher, a compassionate leader. She facilitates my learning and practice so skillfully, so my experience is always personal, relevant and never stops evolving.

I highly recommend any experience with Tara. Her approach is clear, sophisticated and accessible. Her offerings are a confluence of many fields: movement, meditation, contemplation, culture, discourse, humor, travel, transformation and a deep love and knowledge of the yoga tradition.

Tara transcends yoga styles and genres, teacher ‘personalities.’ She is humbly herself and through skillful observation and honest connection, serves the student in wholeness. I’ve studied with her all over the world for two decades. She is ever evolving and each of her offerings have never been ever short of brilliant.
