CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Online Classes & Courses

All sales are final

  • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours and up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment can be rescheduled once and subject to a late cancellation fee equating to 15% of service booked, otherwise the fee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, no show and lateness for more than 15 mins for a 1-hour service forfeits the service and fees are non-refundable.

  • If I am unable to make our scheduled appointment, I will offer to rebook you at your earliest convenience or will issue you a 100% refund. I will also provide you with as much notice as possible.

  • 3 session bundle needs to be scheduled within 8 weeks from the first session

  • 5 session bundle needs to be scheduled within 12 from the first session

  • 10 sessions bundle needs to be scheduled within 6 months from the first session

Private Sessions

In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, full payments will be refunded. Travel expenditures will not be reimbursed, and are considered each individual's own liability. It is the responsibility of each participant to book their flights and to find out about flight schedule changes and Covid-19 regulations relevant for their trip.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation refund requests

  • Cancellation 90+ days - 100% of the rate (minus deposit) will be refunded or 100% credit voucher towards a future event within 24 months of your initial event start date

  • Cancellation 60+ days - 50% (minus deposit) will be refunded or 100% credit voucher  towards a future event within 24 months of your initial event start date

  • Cancellation within 30+ - 25% (minus deposit) will be refunded or 50% credit voucher  towards a future event within 24 months of your initial event start date

  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior to retreat start - no refund
