I am honored that you have arrived here. As you already know, the journey is not linear. Puzzling the labyrinth of Self is an ongoing process of inquiry that takes a willingness to persist and ask questions. The wisdom traditions have spoken to this for thousands of years - in the confusion are the keys to discovering your own essential ground.
Unlocking You is designed as an immersive 1:1 container to bring together work in somatics with the psychological modality of Internal Family Systems®. Born out of the realization that students, having met tremendous aspects of their own Self-energy within the containers of trainings and retreats and may want or need a bridging space to bring that clarity deeper into their living reality. By creating a dedicated 90 days of amplified intention and focus with loving support, guidance, and bespoke practices, this container is designed to help you find your new footing. As we work together to clarify aspects of our personality, learn to nurture and heal aspects that may carry burdens or remain in shadow we will continue to anchor in the steadfast wisdom of your own Self-energy.
